What physiotherapy does

Physiotherapy helps reduce pain, restore mobility and strength, and prevent flare-ups. We combine hands-on treatment with the right dose of exercise and clear education so you understand your condition and can self-manage between visits.

  • Thorough assessment to find the main drivers of your symptoms
  • Manual therapy to calm pain and improve joint/soft-tissue mobility
  • Simple exercises that fit your day (2–5 key movements)
  • Home and work tips that protect healing and prevent recurrence
New to physiotherapy?
