FAQ

How soon should I start physio after a collision?

Usually within the first week once urgent issues are ruled out. Early, gentle assessment and movement are linked with better outcomes. We’ll pace everything to your symptoms.

Can I begin before my claim number is ready?

Yes. We can assess and treat, help with forms, and add your claim number once it’s issued. We’ll explain any costs before you proceed.

Do you use hands-on treatment or exercise?

Both, as indicated. We calm pain and stiffness with gentle manual therapy, then reinforce gains with simple, targeted exercise and pacing strategies.

How long will recovery take?

It depends on the injury and your daily demands. We don’t set a fixed session count—we track objective change each visit and progress your plan accordingly.

Is soreness normal after busy days or new exercises?

Mild, short-lived soreness is common early on. We’ll adjust loads, provide quick “reset” drills, and keep you moving without flare-ups.

What should I bring to the first appointment?

Any insurer letters (claim number if available), a medication list, relevant imaging/referrals, and comfortable clothing for movement testing.
